During the manufacturing process, there will be residual compressive stress on its surface, which will help to seal the tiny cracks on its surface to a certain extent, thus preventing the expansion of erosion to a certain extent. So as to improve the corrosion resistance of the surface, delay the generation or expansion of fatigue cracks, and improve the fatigue strength of the cylinder liner.
To a certain extent, the hydraulic cylinder will directly form a layer of cold-worked hardening layer on the rolling surface during operation through its rolling forming, which can reduce the elastoplastic deformation of the contact surface of the grinding pair to a certain extent, thus improving the wear resistance of the inner wall of the cylinder liner and avoiding the burn caused by grinding. After rolling, the reduction of surface roughness can improve the matching performance.
